Payment:
Payment is expected at the time of purchase using PayPal.
Shipping:
Most items are made-to-order. Please allow 7-10 days for shipment of order (probably much sooner!) and another 2-4 days for delivery. Unless otherwise requested, orders will be shipped by the U.S. Postal Service 1st class mail.
US First Class Shipping (2-5 days)
Upgrade to priority shipping (2-3 days) for an additional $4
Next day Shipping Charges varies depending on zip code/location
International Shipping costs (outside USA) will vary depending upon your location. Delivery time for International orders will also depend on your location.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Returns, exchanges and refunds (shipping charges not included) are accepted on a case by case basis only. Some items can not be returned due to health issues. Please contact us regarding any problems immediately upon receipt of item and we will do our best to accommodate you. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
